Orders

Pricing

All prices are shown in GBP (£). We try to ensure all pricing is correct, but in the unlikely event of an error, we reserve the right to correct it and contact you before processing your order.

Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service.

Free shipping is available on orders over £35. Delivery costs for smaller orders will be shown at checkout.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your order.

Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return. Opened items cannot be refunded.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
