Return & Refund Policy

Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Alternatively, you can drop off the return at our retail location once you have received email confirmation that you may do so.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

We can only accept returns for complete products.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on seasonal products after the season or yom tov has passed.

Once your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions on how to send your item back. Returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Once we receive your return, we will issue a refund for the items returned within 14 days.

Please note that opened items cannot be refunded, and returns without a valid return code may delay or cancel your refund.
