Shipping Policy

We aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. 

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 working day (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with delivery details.

Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders over £35.
For orders under £35, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

Alternatively, you can select Click & Collect from our Edgware location. Please wait to receive an email that your order is ready for collection.

Delivery Times

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but most UK orders arrive within 2–4 working days after dispatch.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors outside of our control, such as courier delays or busy periods.

Tracking Your Order

If tracking is available for your order, the tracking information will be included in your dispatch confirmation email.

Incorrect Address Details

Please make sure your delivery details are correct before completing your order. We cannot be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
